Meet The Team

Oliver is co-founder of the inhive Group and has a background in computer science and media. As our Chief Executive Officer, among his background as an entrepreneur for more than 15 years, he brings many years of experience in strategic and IT projects in Life Science, Health Care and other heavily regulated industries. Leading the inhive team in working with large global clients, he enjoys steering and advising projects in both strategy and technology. He is passionate in helping our clients execute their vision successfully while building partnerships and teams that can deliver.

Tobias studied computer science & business administration and started his career with inhive as a software developer many years ago. With a notable background in technology, as a Senior Consultant Technology Projects he brings a vast amount of experience in leading development teams and agile projects as well as technology advisory in the Life Science and Healthcare sector.

Tobias has a background in computer science and started his career as a dedicated software developer. As an Senior Consultant for Business Intelligence & Data, he brings many years of experience in data and analytics for Life Science, Health Care and other regulated industries. He can lead, work with and advise intercultural teams and projects in both technology and strategy. He is avid for building IT solutions that work.

Leonhard is an interdisciplinary specialist with a diploma in biology and a PhD in theoretical physical chemistry. Combining experiences in industrial R&D projects for large Pharma players with broad chemical, statistical and computational knowledge, Leonhard brings strong expertise in medical drug modelling and development to inhive. With his IT experience as a consultant, program and product manager working in startup settings, he is a strong asset in our international client advisory projects and always out to make a difference.

Markus started his professional journey in 1995 with an apprenticeship as a photographer and witnessed the birth of modern e-commerce up close. Today, he brings over 20 years of experience in media design & marketing, a deep understanding of technology and his excellent analytical skills to our projects.

Gabriele is an expert in corporate finance, controlling and taxes, bringing many years of experience in this field to inhive. Starting her career as company accountant, she quickly took management responsibility for accounting, controlling and taxes teams to lead projects both within and outside the EU. Her wide range of experience covers the implementation of accounting standards, consolidation of year-end closure to US-GAAP, IFRS, shepherding company audits to dealing with local accounting systems like Oracle, DATEV, Lexware & Sage with all necessary financial compliance. At inhive, Gabi is responsible for all financial and accounting related matters.

Kaleem has over 9 years of extensive experience in the areas of software analysis, design, development and deployment of multi-tier applications. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science International Islamic University Islamabad. At inhive, he’s bringing his full-stack software engineering expertise to our software development projects.

Manuel started his apprenticeship in the dual education system at inhive in 2022, with a strong focus on Support Desk & SLA (including internal and customer-facing IT support and asset management) and infrastructure-related projects (IT operations and cloud infrastructure).

Steffen has over 10 years of experience in software development. At inhive, he is strongly focused on cloud and SaaS-based solutions. He is responsible for the design and implementation of software and infrastructure, as well as a driving force in creating software that delivers actual value to a client.

Srdjan Sasa joind the inhive group in 2020 as an Support specialist to promote our support team. In the course of his career, Sasa gained a profund background  in Software development, Microsoft O365 Applications and Website development.

Maxim is an expert in creating reports, dashboards, apps and data visualizations. Prior to joining the inhive team, he worked in different industries from software distribution to home appliances wholesale to lighting equipment to online travel. Maxim is passionate about data wrangling, data modelling and compelling visuals, aimed to help stakeholders in making informed business decisions. A graduate of the Moscow State University in physics in 1993, he also received an MBA at the University of St. Gallen in 2006.

Danka graduated at University of Novi Sad, Serbia. She holds a bachelors degree in economics with principal course on Banking, Finances and Insurance. Danka has a proficient knowledge of Serbian, German and the English language. At inhive, she supports the management as an executive assistant.

Jessica has many years of experience in project coordination and managing suppliers, amongst others, for large pharma and biotech companies. At inhive, Jessica ensures proper supplier selection processes on behalf of customers, and plans, communicates and tracks initiatives.
